Bikebox Hire Information
Fully Refundable Deposit
For every bikebox hired, O.H Bikebox Hire require a fully refundable deposit. Premium boxes require a deposit of £300, Triathlon Easy fit boxes require a deposit of £400, both can be paid via cash or bank transfer. This is to cover in the instance of the box not being returned to us or the box being returned in a state where it would have to be taken out of service for repair. Slight aesthetic wear and tear wouldn’t be billed for as we understand this takes place during travel.
Cancellations
Any bookings cancelled before the designated collection date will incur a small admin fee:

Up-to 30 days prior - 10% of original hire fee

Up-to 14 days prior - 20% of original hire fee

Less than 14 days prior - 100% of original hire fee
Insurance
O.H Bikebox Hire offers no insurance for any contents of the boxes and accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to contents of the box.
Loss and Damages
Loss of the box would lead to full deposit being retained. General wear and tear, including scratches, will not be billed for.
Damage to the wheels, hinges, clasps, anti-crush pole or shell of the box which would lead to the bike box needing to be taken out of service to repair would be billed for with the amount depending on the damage.
Late Return
Late returns will be billed at £5 per box per day after the agreed drop off date.
